We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter and Delivery team as a Trade Counter and Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and making deliveries to customers in the Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service and information about products
- Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Desire to develop career in retail sales or customer service
