Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to lead our youth soccer programs as a Head Coach. This role involves coaching boys and girls aged 2-12 years old, developing their soccer skills, and fostering a passion for the sport.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior coaching experience or qualifications in soccer coaching courses (such as FFA Miniroos, Skill Acquisition Course, or AFC License) are beneficial but not essential, as we will provide comprehensive training and support.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transporting equipment are required.
  • The candidate must hold a current Working With Children Check.
  • A strong communication style is necessary for managing contact between parents and the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective communication skills through regular interactions with parents and the organization.
  • Create and implement engaging soccer training sessions for players aged 2-12 years old.
  • Organize and manage programs at the venue, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of player progress and team performance.
