About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping our technology stack and building our platform from scratch. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet client needs. Experience with transactions and payments systems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement front-end and back-end components of our SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Integrate and manage transactions and payments systems within the platform.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our development processes.
  • Work closely with the product team to prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.

Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Python, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails).

Experience with transactions and payments systems integration.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with database management and optimization.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to learn quickly and gain deep industry expertise in a short timeframe.
