Join a high-impact digital transformation project as a Full Stack Developer. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable software that drives exceptional user experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full stack, tackle complex challenges, and shape the future of a modern digital platform.

About The Role:

  • 12-month FTC
  • Hybrid in Melbourne CBD
  • ASAP Start-date
What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Ensure software is robust, secure, and optimised for performance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems, brainstorm solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes
  • Contribute to agile development processes, including code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Support ongoing modernisation initiatives and help elevate the overall development capability of the team
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong experience with React and Typescript
  • Solid skills in Java, Python, Kotlin, or similar
  • Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code (Azure & Terraform here is a plus)
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
  • Passion for writing maintainable, high-quality software and continuous learning
  • Great communication skills and ability to speak with both the technical and functional teams
