As a result of internal growth and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Project Director to join their team and lead the delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing high-end residential renovation, extension, and new build projects.
  • You will collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
  • You will ensure all projects are delivered within scope, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • You will manage and coordinate procurement and all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, cost management, driving the construction program (4-8 week look ahead), and compliance with regulations.
  • You will oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the business's high standards.
  • You will provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • You will uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Your Experience and Qualifications

  • You should have proven experience in project management within the luxury residential construction industry.
  • You should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • You should have excellent communication and client management skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You should have a high attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
  • You should be able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You should have a high degree of technical understanding of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or trade qualifications in related fields are highly desirable.
