Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the preparation and coordination of departmental budgets and forecasts to align with operational goals and objectives.
  • Cost Management: Provide financial expertise to various departments, driving efficiency and cost savings improvements.
  • Board and Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with presentations and financial summaries for senior leadership and board meetings, communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting processes, reducing administrative burdens and improving productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to analyse financial performance and offer recommendations for improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
About You:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent is required.
  • A background in accounting within a large complex organisation is essential.
  • First-time movers from practice are welcome to apply.
  • A strong interest in healthcare, with a focus on learning and development is necessary.
  • A proactive approach to taking on new challenges and developing professionally is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across departments are essential.
