About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality, safe and sustainable Allied Health workforce. The successful candidate will provide advanced leadership and strategic direction in Allied Health safety and quality, workforce analysis and planning, learning and development, and service planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and evaluate systems to enhance quality and safety of allied health practice, workforce capacity and productivity.
  • Provide advanced level and contemporary workforce planning advice to allied Health disciplines.
  • Provide professional supervision/mentoring to project officers temporarily employed to the work unit.
Requirements
  • Skills: Advanced leadership and strategic direction, workforce analysis and planning, learning and development.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a field related to Allied Health.
