Network Engineer Role

At ServiceNow, we're transforming the way organizations work. As a Network Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure to support business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute software code upgrades and device maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain automations to investigate and resolve alerts and issues on the network.
  • Partner with infrastructure architects to design and improve network infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in networking, including routing, switching, security, and load balancing.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and experience with tools like Wireshark.
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, JunOS, PAN-OS/FortiOS operating systems.
  • Ability to work with multi-vendor networks and cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
