Job Summary

Launch Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture duties for the Multiple Operator Core Network initiative (MOCN).

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in an agile cross-disciplinary commercial units, IT, and network team, reporting into the Associate Director of E2E Architect Networks of Service DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-production and production design activities involving Radio Access Network, transmission, Security, and Service design.
  • Manage intensive projects, primarily network upgrades (RAN), and ensure E2E deployment through to production and future maintenance.
  • Develop extensive design documentation and maintain a high level of operational expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing intensive projects, primarily network upgrades (RAN).
  • Extensive knowledge of public switching telephone networks and telecom networking (Carrier Experience).
  • Experience in product design, implementation, and specifications in areas such as:
    • 5G, 4G Mobile Network Architect and Design
    • VoLTE/VoWifi/VoNR/IMS Network Architect and Design
    • RAN technologies and RAN 3GPP Specifications
    • Orchestration and CI/CD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Professional experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fixed and mobile networks, including Fixed to Mobile Convergence (FMC).
