We provide contract drilling services to the Mining and Minerals industry in Australia, boasting over 125 years combined field and management experience.

Our drilling teams work on a variety of projects, from early exploration to mine site geotechnical and directional/drill outs. We have a stable operation with long-term contracts locked in.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced drilling supervisors to work at various long-term projects in Western Australia.

These projects range from early exploration and require an immediate start, working either at mine camp or remote camp sites.

As a drilling supervisor, you will be responsible for managing drill rigs and crews while ensuring Health and Safety drilling operations and client expectations are met.

You will also need to provide positive motivation to all team members to ensure an ongoing positive work environment and convey a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a hard-working, honest, and reliable individual with good communication skills and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have passed a pre-employment medical, functional assessment, and drug screen.

A valid Senior First Aid Certificate and current Police clearance (within 3 months) are also essential.

Additional requirements include physical fitness to work in remote locations and extreme hot conditions, as well as a clear understanding of drilling operations principles.
