Software Architecture Leader

As a senior software architecture leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' technology landscape. You will lead research efforts to identify innovative solutions that drive business growth and develop technical proposals to support client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solutions Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet clients' objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on technical solutions.
  • Solution Documentation & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive architectural documentation and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development/architecture
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks, and data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Proven track record of delivering real-world business value through technology innovation
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields
  • Experience working with clients in Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare industries
