Transport Management System Delivery Director

Are you a seasoned professional in transport management systems? We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the delivery of our transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a leadership role within our national Solution Design team, where you will lead a team of TMS Analysts (Superusers) and drive customer-centric solutions that improve visibility, integration, and performance across the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project delivery
  • Manage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
  • Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design
  • Participate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution
  • Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency
  • Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
  • Experience with integration, mobility platforms, and transport fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements
