- Implementing agile methods, capacity planning, squad utilization, and benefit realization
We are seeking a seasoned leader with extensive experience in product development, digital, technology, or customer experience, who can drive customer focus, business alignment, and team culture for our digital squads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and managing the prioritization framework and planning cycle
- Leading and facilitating program and roadmap prioritization
- Developing consistent approaches for agile prioritization and program planning
- Creating regular portfolio reporting and supporting business case development
- Managing program budgets and leading the digital squads to deliver continuous improvement
- Providing leadership and direction to Product Owners and the digital squads
