Job Title: Identity and Access Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Engineer to join our team at Salt Recruitment. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global operation of the Identity Management function, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership and external partners to turn strategy into actionable projects, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure programs, ensuring robust and secure technology solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis for issues, ensuring lasting solutions and minimizing downtime.
  • Offer technical assistance to resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring business continuity.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive team success.
  • Contribute to CISO and ITS initiatives, offering subject matter expertise and driving security best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience with IAM technologies and directory services, including NetIQ, MS Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Strong background in Access Management, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and NetIQ Access Manager.
  • Ability to define access models for different user personas, including B2B and B2C.
  • Experience automating provisioning for SaaS, Azure, and on-premise applications, as well as access reviews.
  • Hands-on skills and leadership in sharing knowledge with the team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Expertise in solution design, engineering, and configuration, with a focus on security and compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience in identity, credential, and access management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of advanced security technologies, including SSO, RBAC, PKI, and cloud hosting.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, including Java, VB, PowerShell, and Perl, as well as Identity Management APIs.
