Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Stocking Associate.

  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 38 hours per week, with a rotating roster that includes weekends and early starts/late finishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking and straightening merchandise on shelves in the warehouse, ensuring high product levels and adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Clearing and cleaning aisles, assisting members with their shopping needs, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities.
  • Performing daily tasks and responsibilities, including spotting for forklift drivers, following merchandising standards, and writing lists of products to be stocked.

Physical Demands

  • This role requires heavy lifting up to 25kg and may involve working at heights, so it's essential to be physically fit and able to undertake an onsite health assessment.
