At BecaHunterH2O, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Water Planning Professional to join our thriving Planning team in Newcastle. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in contributing to the growth of our Water Planning team through excellent project delivery.
The successful candidate will have recently completed a civil or environmental engineering degree, achieving a high standard of results throughout their studies. They will also have knowledge and interest in water and wastewater network planning, as well as a commitment to learn and expand their knowledge of the water industry.
A strong background in hydraulic modeling, GIS analysis, cost estimation, and report preparation is essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and contribute to process engineering, design, and asset management projects is highly valued.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate sound reasoning and problem-solving skills, as well as exemplary skills in Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
