Job Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role
  • An understanding of profit measures and the ability to manage costs and productivity
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally
  • Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office
  • Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
  • Availability for Wednesday-Sunday shifts
  • A passion for recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
