About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Analyst. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Australia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors.
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
