As a seasoned Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the charge in our 10-month data migration project. With an in-depth understanding of data migration and strong analytical skills, you will capture business rules and articulate context, meaning, and legacy data capture processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed business requirements for data specifications, mapping, or documentation that align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Accurately and timely create functional specifications and related mapping documents to ensure seamless data translation.
  • Identify and document data quality issues and their impacts, collaborating with the broader project team to develop remediation approaches.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in data mapping and reconciliation stages, including business acceptance and sign-off.
  • Strong SQL analysis and data mapping tool proficiency.
  • Confluence and Jira software experience, with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of similar roles within data migration teams and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conceptualize system differences and identify influence on data migration.
  • Comprehensive systems assessment and data repository knowledge.
