Residential Draftsperson

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Draftsperson to join our drafting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating architectural drawings for our clients with precision and attention to detail. You will also provide valuable support to our sales team, ensuring compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.

• Produce architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our sales team to understand and meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
• Utilise your proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and professional drawings.
• Provide support to the drafting team and contribute to the overall success of the division.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
• Experience with Revit would be beneficial.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry.
• Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting as a minimum OR Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Sound knowledge of Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
