Plumbing Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing at our Warners Bay branch.
As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Embody the Reece values and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete all requirements of the certificate
- Process sales and manage stock
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Communicate with customers and staff
- Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
- Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch
We are looking for someone with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be a team player, willing to learn, and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
