Clinic Operations Director

About the Role:
The Practice Manager is a pivotal leadership position that oversees the efficient operation of our clinics. This key role requires an individual with prior experience in managing small teams and clinics, emphasizing customer service and patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compliance Oversight: Review and monitor systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Culture Leadership: Drive a strong culture of safety, respect, and quality across all aspects of clinic operations.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise team members, ensuring effective management of practice functions, including rosters, stock ordering, and accounts reconciliation.
- Recruitment and Training: Coordinate recruitment, interviews, orientation, and departing processes for team members, as well as supervise and train administrators and lead administrators.
- Communication and Collaboration: Attend regular team meetings, document accurate information, address team member concerns, and formulate strategies for improvement.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Forecast and draft team members' working schedules and site timetables, liaise with external third parties when required, and organize policy renewals, maintenance, and tracking for team members' registration.
- Support and Development: Provide executive support to management and directors, assist with new site setup, including internet, electricity, phone systems, HICAPS, and insurance policies, and travel to different practice locations as required.
