Experienced Psychologists Sought for Private Practice in Victoria

We are a dynamic and expanding private practice in Officer South, VIC, seeking experienced psychologists to join our team. Our practice prides itself on values of safety, respect, compassion, and trust, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Why This Opportunity- We offer flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle and preferences, with the option to choose between part-time or full-time hours.
- You will have the opportunity to engage in diverse therapeutic approaches, including Individual Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation, within a light-filled and homely practice setting.
- Our specialized caseload includes adult clients experiencing a range of conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship difficulties, stress/burn-out, anger management, separation/divorce, suicidality/self-harm, chronic pain, family violence, grief, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
- You will have access to a supportive referral base from private clients, Medicare, TAC, and the option to take on NDIS and Workcover clients if desired.
- We offer highly competitive contracting rates, with session fees approximately $230 per session, and a negotiable 65/35 split based on experience.
- Full virtual administration support is provided, including bookings, phone calls, and rebates.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a psychologist is required, with a passion for working independently and compassionately with clients.
- You should be friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic care.
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
