  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Support and learn from senior maintenance technicians to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

About the Team:

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work closely with our internal customers to ensure that our equipment is operating at maximum efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

  • Formal trade qualifications in electrotechnology or mechanical engineering (Certificate III or higher).
  • Current electrical trade license or equivalent.
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems and fault finding within material handling equipment/automation systems.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters, and other industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with computer maintenance systems (CMMS).
  • Experience with sortation machines and other industrial equipment.
  • Experience in an industrial environment with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.
