This role involves operating and monitoring chemical production equipment, supporting separation and purification processes, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring chemical production equipment, including pumps, valves, reactors, filters, and control systems
  • Monitoring and testing process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities on equipment
  • Maintaining an organized production area and managing workflow

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Chemical Line Process Operator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and instrumentation
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to chemical handling and manufacturing processes
