Inclusion and Diversity Professional

\About the Role:

This role will be responsible for driving inclusion and diversity initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

\Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ID&E strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver key projects and integrate ID&E into the business.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to promote diversity awareness and understanding.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to build relationships and stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Analyse data and metrics to measure the impact of ID&E initiatives and inform future strategy.
\Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Law Degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
