About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolment Officer to join our local team in Parramatta, Sydney. As an Enrolment Officer, you will be responsible for interacting with potential students via phone and in-person, presenting information sessions and handling enrolment paperwork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential students over the phone and in person
  • Present weekly information sessions to individuals and groups
  • Complete clerical duties such as data entry and enrolment paperwork accurately and diligently
  • Work closely with our Operations Manager and head office team

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with registered training organisations or vocational education and training environments
  • Knowledge of Smart and Skilled funding guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
