We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home support services to clients in their local community, prioritizing their well-being at all times.
About The RoleAs a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver essential services including domestic duties, personal grooming, medication reminders, food shopping, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community. Your main goal is to provide quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Responsibilities- Deliver a range of essential services including domestic duties, personal grooming, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community.
- Provide care and support to clients, prioritizing their well-being at all times.
- A positive attitude, great active listening skills and genuine interest in helping others.
- Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability OR Home and Community Care) or Diploma of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it).
- Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential.
- First Aid and CPR certificate (not required for application but necessary for commencement).
- Excellent communications skills with good spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages welcomed.
