Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, manage digital content, organize events, and maintain our brand presence across all touchpoints.
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator to maintain our digital presence, design and coordinate marketing collateral, and track marketing performance through regular reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain our digital presence by managing website content, social media channels, and property listings
- Design and coordinate marketing collateral, from brochures to digital assets
- Manage our marketing materials inventory and ensure our display homes are always presentation-ready through regular audits
- Assist in implementing our events calendar from conception to execution
- Track marketing performance through regular reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar qualification
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across eDM, social media, and website CMS
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Collaborative spirit combined with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and web design highly valued
