**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our National Deals team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing buy and sell side projects, with a focus on financial due diligence reports and related services.

The ideal candidate will possess industry and market expertise, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication abilities. They will also be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee buy and sell side projects, including financial due diligence reports and related services
  • Apply industry and market expertise to proactively address deal issues
  • Conduct and supervise financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations
  • Develop and design financial models and reporting protocols
  • Engage with crucial stakeholders, including clients, target management, and investors
  • Mentor and foster the professional development of junior team members

**Requirements:**

  • CA qualified with at least 6 years' experience, of which 3-4 years is focused experience in financial due diligence or Corporate Finance
  • Exemplary attention to detail and superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Commercial acumen with a strong team-oriented approach
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes
