**Retail Store Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Liaise with the Stock Allocator to ensure optimal stock levels and manage stockroom operations effectively.
