About the Role

The Room Service Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by providing food and beverage orders to hotel rooms and other areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations to guests.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skill Set: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, basic math skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe).
