Job Title:

Dental Reception Position

This role is ideal for individuals seeking Casual work in a dynamic and fast-paced dental practice. We offer a wide range of dental treatments, and our modern facility has 3 chairs.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a great first impression to patients, booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, and supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service and patient care, and be able to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Booking and amending appointments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Providing high-end patient care

Requirements:

- Availability to work Casually, Monday to Friday

- Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded but not essential, full training provided

- Motivated self-starter

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Passionate about customer service and patient care

- Organised with attention to detail
