We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Coordinator to join our Product Risk and Compliance team at Bunnings.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product compliance processes and quality assurance controls to ensure the safety and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product compliance and quality assurance controls to support safety and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and identify product risks and compliance gaps, and implement processes to minimize risks.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of key product compliance and risk controls to verify effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement tools, education, training, and awareness materials for Bunnings stores, support teams, and supply chains.
  • Engage with relevant regulators in response to product compliance queries or requests.
  • Drive process improvements to guide merchandising strategy and ranging decisions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on product compliance for relevant product categories.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality Assurance, product development, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in electrical compliance or a related field in retail or consumer product compliance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product risk management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary consumer product safety issues and risks.
