About The Role

The Case Management Coordinator will collaborate with the Manager Case Management and Programs to establish, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive case management system for Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC).

In this position, you will contribute to ensuring all client services and programs meet organisational standards relevant to youth custodial services, guaranteeing alignment with best practices and industry guidelines.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide holistic, ongoing, and coordinated support aimed at facilitating the reintegration of young people in detention back into their communities.
