About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Quality Assurance Manager to lead our internal testing initiatives and drive quality in our large-scale SAP transformation project. The successful candidate will ensure that our SAP solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our SAP solutions.
  • Lead a team of testers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality test results.
  • Identify and escalate defects to ensure prompt resolution and minimize business impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document test requirements and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in functional SAP Test Management with in-depth understanding of SAP implementation and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in SAP CALM preferred.
  • Experience with Hypercare Triage.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with proven success in Test Manager roles within SAP projects consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
  • Experience in testing across Agile projects with the ability to adapt and deliver optimal results.
  • Communication and collaboration skills accustomed to working closely with customers and delivery partners to establish and maintain robust professional relationships.
  • Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
