The Role

This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a growing and evolving business. The role involves overseeing a residential portfolio of 160 properties, with a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting rental reviews and lease renewals
  • Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Handling escalated arrears management
  • Preparing for and attending tribunal
  • Coordinating the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants
  • Ensuring high-quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants
  • Developing new business to build the property portfolio
The Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. A Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is essential, as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, well-presented, and have strong communication skills. Additional requirements include:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to provide a high level of service
  • Knowledge of the local property market
  • Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
