Senior Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive working relationship with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
