Job Description

As an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical support to customers in the endoscopy and surgery fields. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide training activities for products and services in the clinical environment.

About the Role
  • Provide clinical support to customers on products while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products as required.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies by managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure the appropriate execution of shared calendars.
  • Support the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.
  • Foster good teamwork, communication, and execution across the state sales team.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with proven experience in the medical field or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline. Proven experience in the orthopaedic and/or endoscopy field is essential, as well as extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry terminology and clinical knowledge.

A strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system is also required, as well as good selling skills and computer proficiency in MS Office.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible personal/vacation time off, paid holidays, flex holidays, and paid community service day.
