Key Responsibilities
  • Garment & product development: Assist in creating designs and product briefs for 3D designers, researching fabrics and trims that align with our aesthetic. Support product development from concept to final publishing stage.
  • Trend research: Conduct ongoing trend research aligned with our key market aesthetics.
  • 3D Fit Sessions: Assist on 3D garment/product fitting sessions, taking notes and providing design feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with all teams, exploring new projects and learning opportunities.
  • Product Organisation: Ensure accurate product descriptions, effective search tags, and clear documentation in our internal system.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 1+ year in a design support role and a degree in Fashion Design.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage timelines, juggle tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills & Mindset: Creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented, with enthusiasm for 3D design and innovation.
  • Interests: Interest in garment construction and digital design tools.
  • Team Collaboration: A strong collaborator with a passion for growth and learning.
