This role is part of our Human Resources team. You'll lead the implementation of initiatives that accelerate growth, from onboarding and employee engagement surveys to learning program development.

You'll:

  • Elevate our onboarding experience: Drive our global onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel connected, inspired, and set up for success from day one.
  • Implement impactful learning programs: Develop and execute a range of learning solutions, masterfully coordinating facilitators, learners, and technology to create engaging experiences.
  • Analyze data insights: Manage our employee engagement platform, other systems, and sources of employee listening data, translating them into actionable recommendations for enhanced employee experiences.
  • Lead strategic projects: Take ownership of key initiatives from our HR roadmap that align with our business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Experience in coordinating and implementing successful programs in Learning and Development or Organizational Development roles, ideally within a software as a service (SaaS) or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An insatiable curiosity and a builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of creating something new.
  • A talent for facilitation and technical proficiency to bring your ideas to life using modern tools like artificial intelligence (AI), Canva, Learning Management Systems, and engagement survey tools.
