Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, and complete required documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices, promoting their growth and development.
- Ensure the team achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver results.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
- Act as a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs.
- Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required.
- Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
- Experience in management is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organization skills in a high-pressure environment.
