- Relationship Building: Be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, possessing strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to successfully balance conflicting interests.
- Market Expertise: Have expert knowledge of the hydrographic, oceanographic science, environmental monitoring, and subsea construction markets, with a deep understanding of channel, customer, supplier, competitor, and financial dynamics.
