Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch, including counter sales, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Engage with the team and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and profitability.
- Ensure the branch is operating safely and efficiently, with a focus on supporting the team to go home safe every day.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a trade branch environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the team and customers.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transaction management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
