About the Role

The Food and Beverage Duty Manager will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the operations of the Food & Beverage department at Kingfisher Bay Resort according to the company standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day functioning of the Resort's Food and Beverage outlets
  • Assist in managing the food & beverage outlets in the absence of the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
  • Maximize profitability
  • Meet and exceed customer's needs and service expectations
  • Ensure team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard
  • Train and support all team members in all areas of the operation

About You

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a Food and Beverage Supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under the QLD Liquor Licensing Laws
  • Authorization to live and work in Australia
  • Competent in barista and beverage making duties
  • Demonstrated food and beverage skills, including a la carte and bar service
  • Food Safety Course
  • Current QLD RSA certificate
  • Espresso Coffee Making (Desirable)
  • RMLV certificate or ability to complete
