Digital Platform Manager

We are seeking a strategic IT professional to oversee the development and delivery of our Asset Digital Platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine requirements and support successful implementation.
This is a full-time ongoing position based in Warrnambool. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and operation of the digital platform, ensuring reliable performance and managing vendor relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and prioritizing platform enhancement projects, initiating change management processes, and overseeing configuration updates. You will also identify opportunities for innovation, preparing business cases to support new technologies or process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex strategic and operational issues within a business or IT environment.
- Familiarity with the principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience and training related to applications, technologies, software and services.
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering projects of various sizes, from inception to completion.
