Job Title: Digital Platform Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital platform lead to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our asset digital platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and prioritizing platform enhancement projects, ensuring reliable performance, managing vendor relationships, and controlling relevant budgets.

  • Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine requirements and support successful implementation.
  • Monitor the performance of the digital platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing budgets to ensure the best value for our organization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation and develop business cases to support new technologies or process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale IT projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and agile software delivery methodologies.
