Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets by overseeing the procurement of stock and fostering strong vendor relationships.

About This Role:

  • Oversight of inventory management processes to guarantee timely delivery of goods that meet quality, nutritional, and budgetary expectations.
  • Maintenance of optimal vendor partnerships to achieve the best possible prices and service standards.
  • Collaboration with the food and beverage team to support the efficient operation of facilities.
