About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including managing delivery routes and fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance and smooth operations.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, address challenges, and ensure targets for service quality, cost-efficiency, and damage reduction are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain a customer-focused culture, using innovative tools and strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement and drive optimization programs, sharing best practices for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify training needs, develop impactful training programs, and support people development strategies.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including HACCP, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years in a similar operations or logistics role with a proven track record of optimizing processes and managing operations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, finance, and relevant technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement, effective leadership, and people management.
  • Forklift license required; professional certification or equivalent experience preferred.
