Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

  • Analyse and evaluate complex business processes and requirements
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, advise on optimal business practices and system functionality
  • Write complex solution documents which are clearly structured
  • Develop functional specifications and utilize data and process modelling techniques
  • Work with key stakeholders in delivering small and medium projects on time and report daily/weekly status to the management team
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure that they meet functional requirements and are user-friendly
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Improve employee and customer experience (EX and CX), drive efficiencies through business process automation, technology reviews, IT strategy and roadmap

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
  • Minimum two years' experience working as Systems Analyst or related role
  • Strong analytical experience and track record optimising internal technical procedures
  • Knowledge in a programming language, ability to decipher code when required
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory IaaS 2
  • Experience in software delivery projects, Agile methodologies and Project Management tools such as JIRA
  • Knowledge/awareness of cybersecurity principles
